I simply define motivation, as the exact opposite of mental laziness, but not even getting excited too much yet being at ease and still maintaining to do things calmly but with having love and passion towards them.

1)Having something to be excited every morning  in your life-  It could be anything you like ,anything which does not let you distracted by small things of your life.
Now understand, having temporary aim would excite you for a while but it will not be permanent, at some part of the day you would start brainstorming what to do now! What I want you to understand is -you want to stay motivated the whole day so realize that one single goal  is not enough.
Think dividing your day into different purposes. Start your day with yoga(if you want to) know that it would provide a lot of positive energy and oxygen to your body and mind too to work the whole day. Just doing yoga for 3-5 days you would see how more confident you are. But this confident is not because of yoga but because you are doing what you decided and not just imagined yourself doing it and you never sat down in reality. This increases your power of commitment to yourself.
Then you can go for reading any self improvement book or any book you like. Add playing games in your day routine. Adding these small things would bring out a great change in you very soon, and then you do not have to think to stay motivated, you would be able to motivate others.
If you can’t be committed to yourself how are you going to be committed to others?

2) Focus on making your will power strong - will power is something that can even break a mountain into pieces ,if used with all its potential.
So if you really want nothing to be impossible for you, give time to improve your will power. You must be thinking, how?  Read on to know.
Start with completing small tasks. It could be very small, even though that small task does not make any sense, do it! You don’t see but every small task that you will accomplish with your will power will strengthen your soul from inside. You can start with anything like; if you are standing in your balcony you suddenly decided to stand like that for an hour and then doing it anyhow.
I would like to tell you that do not leave anything that you decided uncompleted.
Suppose you went on for something big in the very start, what would happen? If you failed the opposite would be the result ; this is always a very successful trick of your mind that wants you to attempt something very hard at the very start  so that you fail and don’t give it a try again and then you would make excuses that it is not a my thing.

3)Give your 100% in everything - let it be anything, just make it like you do or die. Put all your efforts to complete the task. Like a child does, You would see that when you make a mindset of do or die all your energy comes together to bring out the best results.

4)Try adding meditation- Being restless the whole day would not help you much. There needs to be a source of energy by which you connect to. Just sit down relax completely and then let your eyes be closed by themselves. Meditation will charge your battery instantly if you do it honestly. I would recommend not to set a time limit for it but if you want you can, because that would not let you go deeper into meditation.  The more peaceful you are the more better you perform.

5)Have the taste of real freedom- Nowadays being busy is very common, but find time to do something where you forget all your office work and stress and all your problems, and maybe where no one is there to stop you.  Go for skeeing or find any jump- streets. Travel if you want to and are able to. Cooking food or any hobby like singing, dancing or Swimming might bring the required results too.  Dance stupidly in public and enjoy that too. You see doing out of the norm things takes a lot of your courage but when you do them you are a better you and trust me because I have done it.

6) Learning new things and experimenting with them- learning new things or new languages creates new connections inside your brain. It could be like drawing or anything you pick as your choice. Set a  target and do it. Try swimming, horse riding, you may try one new thing every day.















7) Come out of your comfort zone- Do things that is very much not supposed to be your type of things.
Things that now have become very common to your body and mind loses a bit of their newness.  So go out and do something you never did. Try eating something new. You can give away some clothes to the poor people. You can try skydiving. Make new friends try different music, try writing or creating compositions for your own songs, or any new musical instrument. You can teach people something that you know.  

8) Challenge all your believes everyday- Having stubborn believes and belief systems in my opinion is a barrier to progress. If you really want something new, you have to break your believes again and again, and try to understand anything without having a judgement about it already. Most of your believes may be based on what others believe, and others simply follow the crowd, ask yourself if you want to be somewhere in the crowd ,not knowing  the reason of doing something  or in a place where you are alone but positive, happy and confident.

9) Make your problems your best friends- Positive minded people always see opportunities behind problems, and if that problem is very much unique in itself then you have a much better opportunity to find something no one ever did. Stay with the problem, have a little patience and you will see the problem presents the answer by itself. When problems come in your way smile and welcome them. Problems are gates to a newer version of yourself.

10)The Steve jobs method- Steve jobs had this very powerful yet compelling question to take actions, that “if today were the last day of my life, what would i do? “ ask yourself the same question, because after one year from now, you might be regretting  that i should have been started this one year before ! Take actions now! Because if your present stays  unaltered your future will be too, and so will be your past. Decide and make plans, and never give up until you reach certain mile stone.

11) Just the momentum is needed- Anything seems difficult in the very begining but keep working and keep digging, soon a time would come when you don’t have to worry much in your life. Things start moving with a little push and to keep them moving a little momentum is required and that is what you need to achieve! So work for the initial momentum and that is all!

12) Stay Aware- Awareness is the key to change your life. Get aware of anything and you will have the secrets revealed. They say awareness is fire, the more you become aware the more you feel something changing inside you, more peace and more silence everyday and then motivation is going to be a very tiny thing.
