Success!

Knowing not where to start it from. The cycle of success actually never ends, if you can really look into it, you have to know what you want from a particlular field and how much do you want,how much is enough for you and then if you really want a balance between your innerslef and the outer world you have to understand that there are certain things you simply need to learn, some strategies, every successful person knows or must have done unconsciously.

So observe and find out what are the secrets, what is the key!

Brave in your decisions- you have to be bold enough to take steps, you have to act without thinking of what people would say. Afterall people are not going to take responsibilty of the situation you are now, so why bother of their opinions. Act wisely try and experiment. Don't be afraid to start it small, every big thing was once small, every big company was just a struggling startup once, so it's your turn to decide.

Smart work- Successful people are smart people, they do not act like the world is acting they try to find new ways, they love to exepriment, and thus they learn. They reduce hardwork with their smartness. They know where to speak, what to speak and how to speak. Be creative and work smartly. Remember, every hardworking person is not very succesful

Attitude- I am not talking about those who are good at communications, but those who are great learners, who keep learning every second of the day, and hence their attitude towards people and things keep changing, and such people keep growing, keep growing in every phase of life. You can not spend whole of your life reading good books to attain a lot of wisdom but instead observe what is going around you and you will find a lot of things to learn.

Use your time wisely- People who are active are most likely to find better ways to improve their life. If you struggle to make your life comfortable then you are going to fall into a trap of laziness that is going to eat all the spark of your persoanlity. Rather than comfort find ways to use what you know, to do something better with your free time, something that you love or something that would add a value to your life. Passing your time could be the worst thing you can ever do.

Understanding- Someway or the other you would find that the people who became succesful knew something that you didn't. Not only that they knew something but they understood something, they understood people, they knew what people want and what are their needs, yet they analyse their own situation too, they take calculative risks, not that they don't take risks or they are great risk tskers, but they know when to take the risks and how much risk is affordable.

Will Power and Vision- They work with their whole, they are not 50-50, they indulge in an act and they become the act, they don't leave it in between. Success comes from right dicisions and at right times. They are driven by a vision, and the vision is what they are working for. They belive strongly in whatever the vision is.

Every successful person is not crazy for success- Success does not come by dreaming of being succesful. You work towards it, with passion and love but still you do not bother about success! This is what makes them a great personality. This is what steve jobs kept saying. Every little thing somewhere becomes a reason of the success. Do not miss the details. Successful people are smart but they also know how to work from their heart.

They understand what is the meaning of success for them-  Their success sometimes could mean a very normal thing or i should say a very ordinary thing for you, but that is what they wanted, and they are succesful in their own terms, they never work for admiration, they work for satisfaction. Success is happiness for them and no matter how small is the thing they are involved in, if they are happy and satisfied they are succesful. They might not have a lot of money but the way they approach life is beautiful and very special. They are always different.

They collaborate smoothly- Succesful people understand others in a manner that you want yourself to be undrstood by someone, that is thier speciality and guess what! If you are talking to someone and that person reflects a great undrstanding by interpreting what you said, by accepting your situation, he or she would immediately attract you or gain your faith. Slowly they become the leader becuase they have everyone's trust and instead of putting the weightage of their ideas onto someone else they ask them very softly in a manner that no one could deny. Here they don't pretend to be soft this is their nature and that is why they are great communicators too. Such people become leader, a leader who is loved and a leader for whom his/her whole team could do anything.
